As Owner and Principal Broker, Betty Fletcher, MPM^®, brings a wealth of experience to each Fletcher Property Management client, including that of rental property ownership!

A leader in the property management industry, Betty received her broker’s license in 1999 and opened Fletcher Property Management, Inc., CRMC^® for business on January 1, 2000. After joining the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM^®) in 1999, she served in varying capacities on both a local and national level. Locally she is the founding president of the Central Arkansas Chapter of NARPM^® where she is still an active member. Her service on the national level includes chairing the Membership Committee, the Editorial committee, 6 years on Board of Directors.  She is proud to have utilized the Endless Possibilities of NARPM^® by serving as the 2008 National President.

After completing extensive coursework and industry service work, Betty achieved the elite Master Property Manager (MPM^®) designation in September 2002. Betty is a frequent speaker at local, regional and national property management meetings and conferences as well as having numerous articles published in management specific national publications.

After receiving his real estate license in 2001 and divesting himself of other business interests, Dave Fletcher, MPM^® joined Fletcher Property Management, Inc., CRMC^® full-time. With his experiences as a small business owner and a rental property owner, he brings a unique perspective to managing his client’s investment properties.

Since joining the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM^®) in 2001, Dave has been active locally and was honored to be the chapter President when the Central Arkansas Chapter of NARPM^® was recognized as the 2005 Chapter of the Year! On a national level he has served on the Affiliate Committee, Certification Committee and Membership Committee.

After extensive coursework and service to the management industry, Dave earned the prestigious Residential Management Professional (RMP^®) designation in 2003 and went on to earn the coveted Master Property Manager (MPM^®) designation in 2008. He continues to increase his skill level by taking classes from industry leaders at state, regional and national conferences across the country.

Dave also qualified as a Million Dollar Producer for 2003 and 2004 with the Little Rock Realtors Association.
