Once you find the house for rent or home for lease that best meets your needs, you will submit an application for each adult (18 years and older) who will occupy the house for rent or home for lease along with a $30.00 non-refundable application fee. All applications are processed using our published Guidelines and we will pull a credit report, a criminal report, check rental references and verify income.

Upon approval of your application it will be necessary for you to pay the security deposit and sign a Property Hold Agreement, which will hold a property for you up to 2 weeks. Then you will need to pay your first month's rent. Both the security deposit and first month's rent will need to be paid in certified funds. After viewing the Lease Video and signing the Lease the only thing left is to pack! We are pledged to the letter and spirit of the United State Fair Housing policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. DID YOU KNOW? Renting from a licensed property manager provides more protection for you and your security deposit. Not only are we bound by the Landlord-Tenant laws of the State of Arkansas, we are also bound by the requirements of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission. If held by Fletcher Property Management, Inc., CRMC®, your security deposit will be kept in our escrow account registered with the AREC. You will be notified if the security deposit is held by the property owner.
